1. Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer shipping within the United States of America. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination.
2. Processing Time
Just like a fine wine, good things take time! Orders are usually whipped up and sent on their way within 2-4 business days (weekends and holidays get a little break). Keep in mind, during our busiest times or when we're celebrating with some special deals, processing might take a tad longer. Thanks for your patience and for letting us craft the perfect candle just for you!
3. Shipping Times
Patience is a virtue, and good things come to those who wait! Once your order starts its journey, it usually takes 1-5 business days to find its way to your doorstep (or mailbox). Remember, these are just our best guesses, and Mother Nature and traffic can sometimes slow things down a bit. But don't worry, your candle is on its way, spreading its warm glow as it travels!
4. Order Tracking
Want to follow your candle's journey to its new home? We've got you covered! Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a special tracking link. Just click on it, and you'll be able to watch your package make its way to you, one glow at a time. It's like tracking Santa on Christmas Eve, but with candles!
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States of America. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other limitations.
6. International Shipping
We're currently lighting up homes locally and haven't expanded our glow internationally just yet. But don't worry, we're working on spreading our fragrance worldwide! Keep an eye out and check back soon for updates on when we'll be shipping internationally.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
We put a lot of love and care into crafting each candle, and we want it to arrive to you in perfect condition! If your order shows up looking like it's seen better days or seems to have taken an unexpected vacation, please reach out to us right away. We'll work with the shipping carrier to sort things out and make it right!
8. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify our Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
