Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tranquil Bliss Candles. If you're not happy with your candle, Â you are welcome to return in within 7 days of receiving the candle, and will get exchange credit.Â
Exchanges:
- To be eligible for an exchange, the candle must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us at tranquilblisscandles@gmail.com to initiate an exchange and receive a return authorization.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
How to Exchange:
- Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Hold Policy:
For all in-store pickup orders, customers have 30 days from the date the âReady for Pickupâ message is sent to collect their items. If an extension is needed, one additional 30-day grace period may be requested before the original pick-up window expires.
Orders that are not picked up within 60-90 days total are considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are automatically cancelled and the items are returned to inventory.
Due to cost changes, seasonal shifts, and product availability, abandoned orders cannot be refunded, credited, or recreated at the original purchase price.
Tranquil Bliss Candles cannot guarantee availability of any order that is not picked up within the allotted timeframe. By placing a pickup order, the customer agrees to this policy.
